Defective or Damaged Raising Supplies?
- If an item is defective, including rips/tears/cracks/breaks or zipper problems you have 60 days to report it from your purchase date to qualify for a full refund or store credit. Returns are not accepted after this 60-day window.
- Please send a clear photo of any product damage (and Shipping Box photo 📦 if shipping caused the damage) to the email address below so that we can forward it to the manufacturer and/or mail carrier.
- Most of the time, we will have you keep the damaged item to use or discard
- If you are instructed to return the item, please include the return packing slip so we can process your order faster. You will be emailed a prepaid shipping label you can print.
